DVCF project management package is structured under a Joint Venture Agreement encouraging joint conduct of Operations to enhance operating efficiency by putting in place a capacity building technical assistance to support the local contractors.
Specifically DVCF will provide:
1. Embed Engineers to assist in operations management in enriching in-house contractor capability to generate reasonable work budgets, functional activities scheduling, set achievable milestones and meet hookup and commissioning deadlines.
2. Equity funds in proportion to the contracts in order to moderate the cost of funding for the project, ensure prompt mobilization at site and create stable environment for take off.
3. Other infrastructures needed to arrange additional fund for the project ensuring competitive pricing, timing, availability and flexible covenants.
4. All other support facilities, administrative and legal that may be incidental to the successful execution of the project.
5. Manage time procurement and delivery of long lead items to meet project startup, completion and handover to clients.
