PROJECT FUNDING/MANAGEMENT

Our primary objective is to deliver industry-leading performance in:

Our Project Management team will be embedded with the local contractors in the industry and they will among other things:
· Analyze capital projects
· Develop resources/funding requirements
· Develop timely completion schedules
· Prepare organization charts
· Initiate and coordinate long lead items procurement
· Participate in kick off meetings
· Plan for field mobilization and mobilize to field
· Procure materials required for project completion
· Prepare monthly project report

The team will also undertake to:
· Provide Project Manager
· Manage Project to Completion
· Commission and handover project

The Project Funding/Management department is charged with the responsibilities of:
· Analyzing the project
· Determine the funding requirement
· Structure the funding mix
· Arrange for the fund availability
· Manage the funds for the execution of the project
· Prepare summarized reports

The division is staffed by skilled staff persons with cognate experience in the relevant fields with a cumulative experience of over 52 years.
