In company reconstruction, our aim is to strengthen the operating structures of these companies through the Small & Medium Enterprises Equity Investment Scheme (SMEEIS), whereby equity funding is attracted by banks.

Our focus therefore is to identify:

· Level of capitalization
· Level of manpower resources
